  4. Build and test

    We build the workflow and test it against your documents and data.

  5. Side by side

    Go-live on a defined scope, running beside your current process.

  6. Results review

    We measure the process again and compare it with the baseline.

Savings are measured, not estimated: hours × people × rate, before and after.
